The United States Attorney for the District of Vermont announced that a federal grand jury has indicted Bounthavong Sonthikoummane, 42, and Ashlyn Arcouette, 32, both of White River Junction, Vermont, on fraud charges stemming from four loans they obtained on behalf of businesses during the coronavirus pandemic. Vt. U.S. Attorney: Robert McLane Pleads Guilty to Defrauding Auto Dealer Employer
BURLINGTON, Vermont, June 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Vermont issued the following news release on June 18, 2024:
The United States Attorney's Office announced that Robert McLane, 36, of Webster, Vermont, pleaded guilty today in United States District Court in Burlington to a charge of mail fraud. U.S. District Judge Christina Reiss released McLane on conditions pending sentencing, which is scheduled for October 31, 2024.
