WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. John Boozman, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 5089) to "amend title 38, U.S. Code, to reinstate criminal penalties for persons charging veterans unauthorized fees relating to claims for benefits under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs."

Sen. Casey Introduces Bill to Promote Access to Healthy Food Among Older Adults
WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 5096) to "establish the Interagency Task Force to Address Hunger and Promote Access to Healthy Food Among Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 15 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C. It was referred to the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee.
