WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Rep. Abby Finkenauer, D-Iowa, has introduced legislation (H.R. 8957) to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 "to establish a grant program for training wind technicians." The bill was introduced on Dec. 14 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Cindy Axne, D-Iowa, Don Bacon, R-Neb., Matthew Cartwright, D-Pa., and Tom Cole, R-Okla.
