Sen. Cornyn Introduces Bill to Amend Federal Water Pollution Control Act
WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 4402) to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act "to clarify certain activities that would have been authorized under Nationwide Permit 12 and other Nationwide Permits." Sen. Lankford Introduces Bill to Provide for Period of Continuing Appropriations
WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., has introduced legislation (S. 4461) to "provide for a period of continuing appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations under the normal appropriations process, and establish procedures and consequences in the event of a failure to enact appropriations."
