DETROIT, Michigan, July 28 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Detroit District issued the following news release: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, awarded a contract for dredging at Duluth-Superior Harbor in western Lake Superior on the Minnesota-Wisconsin border.
