TWIN FALLS, Idaho, July 22 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management's Idaho State Office issued the following news release: The BLM Jarbidge Field Office will begin a wild horse gather operation in the Saylor Creek Wild Horse Herd Management Area (HMA), 15 miles south of Glenns Ferry.
