WASHINGTON, July 4 -- Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 4176) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to expand eligibility for home loans from the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to certain members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces."
