American Association of University Professors: Pacific Lutheran University Added to List of Censured Administrations
WASHINGTON, June 23 -- The American Association of University Professors issued the following news: The governing Council of the American Assocaition of Univeristy Professors voted to add Pacific Lutheran University to the AAUP's list of censured administrations. The Council also voted to remove Clarkson College of Nebraska. University of Nebraska Medical Center: Researchers Identify Mechanism That May Cause Vision Loss in Glaucoma
OMAHA, Nebraska, June 27 -- The University of Nebraska Medical Center issued the following news release: Individuals with glaucoma might one day benefit from a study published June 18 in the journal STEM CELLS in which a "disease in a dish" stem cell model was used to examine the mechanism in glaucoma that causes retinal ganglion cells and optic nerve to degenerate, resulting in loss of vision.
