WASHINGTON, March 14 -- The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., has issued a pre-solicitation notice (N00019-12-P2-AS030) for the completion of a Joint Primary Aircraft Training System parachute surveillance study in support of the USAF/USN Joint Primary Aircraft Training System T-6A/ T-6B Program. It was posted on March 13 with a response date of March 27. The approved source is Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd., Middlesex, England. . . .
