WASHINGTON, June 5 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking proposals for a design-build project to construct a 45,025 square foot Communications Squadron headquarters facility at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. This facility will feature a reinforced concrete foundation, a structural steel frame, and a standing seam metal roof, ensuring compliance with Intelligence Community Directive 705 standards and applicable Department of Defense design criteria.
