WASHINGTON, June 5 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is seeking proposals for the construction of an electrical switching station at Watervliet Arsenal, New York. This project aims to enhance the facility's resilience by providing backup power capable of supplying 4000 kW during long-term outages from the main substation.
