WASHINGTON, June 5 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking to lease retail space for an Armed Forces Career Center in Los Angeles, California. The project aims to secure between 1,200 and 1,610 gross square feet of Class A or B retail space within a defined area, enhancing recruitment capabilities for military personnel. This full-service lease will not exceed five years and includes government termination rights.
