WASHINGTON, June 4 -- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking proposals for the VISN 7 Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract aimed at providing essential construction services.
