WASHINGTON, May 30 -- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking proposals for a significant construction project at the Salem VA Medical Center in Virginia. This initiative aims to consolidate Intensive Care Units by constructing approximately 10,115 square feet of new patient care space. The new construction will extend the existing ICU space to the east, built over the existing roof of the Primary Care Clinic below.
