WASHINGTON, May 28 -- The Central Federal Lands Highway Division is set to issue a the reconstruction and rehabilitation of approximately 20 miles of roadway on the Bob Ruud Memorial Highway and Bell Vista Avenue in Nevada. This project, which begins at the intersection of State Highway 160 and Bell Vista Avenue in Pahrump, is crucial for improving access to Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge and Death Valley National Park.
