WASHINGTON, May 28 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking to lease retail space in Gallup, New Mexico, for an Armed Forces Career Center. The requirement includes a total of 563 net usable to a maximum of 900 gross rentable square feet of existing Class A or B retail space. This initiative aims to enhance recruitment efforts by providing a dedicated facility that meets the operational needs of military services.

The lease term will not exceed five year . . .
