WASHINGTON, May 27 -- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking proposals for onsite phlebotomy services at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. This contract aims to provide essential healthcare services to veteran beneficiaries, ensuring timely and efficient blood collection and related services.

The contractor will be responsible for delivering a minimum of 33,280 phlebotomist hours annually, with the potential to increase by an additional 11,050 hours . . .
