WASHINGTON, May 27 -- The National Guard Bureau is seeking proposals for lodging and catering services for the Yellow Ribbon Post-Deployment event for the 3-116 Field Artillery, scheduled for July 10-12, 2026. This event will accommodate approximately 300 guests, emphasizing the importance of providing a supportive environment for service members and their families as they transition back to civilian life.
