WASHINGTON, May 21 -- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking proposals for the Immune Mechanisms of Protection Against Mycobacterium tuberculosis Center (IMPAc-TB) program. This initiative aims to accelerate the development of tuberculosis (TB) vaccines by enhancing the understanding of immune responses that prevent or contain Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.
