WASHINGTON, May 21 -- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) for critical technical and management support in the testing of MH-60R/S operational software.
