WASHINGTON, May 21 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is set to solicit proposals for the construction of Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, Virginia.
