WASHINGTON, May 21 -- The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking contractors to install an additional electrical power utility service from the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) for the Embassy warehouse at Freedom Hall. This project is essential to support increased electrical load demands due to the expansion of office spaces for the Department of War.
