WASHINGTON, May 21 -- The Military Sealift Command is seeking proposals for a Dry Cargo Voyage Charter to support U.S. Transportation Command. This contract will provide a self-sustaining vessel, either U.S. or foreign flagged, capable of transporting a minimum of 163 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of ammunition. The vessel must comply with all regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements, ensuring safe and efficient transport of critical materials.
