WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Spec-Built Systems Inc., San Diego, won a share of a $10,351,957.86 federal contract from the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command, Norfolk, Va., for shipboard light weight modular berths. Pacific Maritime Industries Corp., Chula Vista, Calif.; and Tri-Way Industries, Auburn, Wash., shared in the award amount. . . .
