WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Mitsubishi Construction Corp., Philadelphia, won a $3,952,000 federal contract modification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, for gutter relining and, underground storm piping replacement and asbestos abatement in buildings at Montrose Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
