ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 11 -- SanDisk 3D, Milpitas, Calif., has been assigned a patent (8,693,233) developed by four co-inventors for the "re-writable resistance-switching memory with balanced series stack." The co-inventors are Roy E. Scheuerlein, Cupertino, Calif., Henry Chien, San Jose, Calif., Zhida Lan, San Jose, Calif., and Yung-Tin Chen, Santa Clara, Calif.
