ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 20 -- The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation has been assigned a patent (9,470,490) developed by two co-inventors for a penalty box. The co-inventors are Ian B. Vabnick, Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Jeffrey T. Curtis, Unionville, Virginia.
