New York, Connecticut Inventors Develop Clipboard Assembly

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 7 -- Edward A. Wagschal and R. Christopher Kidd, both of New York, Gary L. Hellinger of Greenwich, Conn., have developed a clipboard assembly.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A clipboard may be assembled from a backboard and a clip assembly by sliding the clip assembly onto the top edge of the backboard.
