Board Votes to Accept Plan for Changing School Start Times

ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct. 18 -- St. Paul Public Schools issued the following news:
During last night's Board of Education meeting, the majority of the Board voted to change school start times beginning with the 2019-20 school year.
The plan includes:
* Changing the start times for secondary schools to 8:30 a.m.
* Switching most elementary schools that currently start at 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
* Keeping most 9:30 a.m. elementary schools . . .
