OSWEGO, N.Y., Oct. 19 -- The Community Foundation of Central New York issued the following news:
Ten local nonprofit groups received grants totaling $25,616 from the Oswego County Community Foundation ("OCCF").
CNY Arts Center received $2,250 to purchase lighting instruments, accessories and a scrim curtain to project background patterns and special effects during performances.
Friends of Great Bear received $4,200 to repair a heavily used trail i . . .
