RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 18 -- U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Robert J. Higdon, Jr., issued the following news release:

Robert J. Higdon, Jr., United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, announces that a federal grand jury in Raleigh has returned an indictment charging OSCAR YOVANI SEVILLA SANTOS-CRUZ, age 42, of Honduras, with Illegal Reentry of a Deported Alien.
