WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- The National Transportation Safety Board issued the following news release:
The National Transportation Safety Board will meet to determine the probable cause of an accident involving an Amtrak passenger train that struck a roadway maintenance machine (backhoe) near Chester, Pennsylvania, on April 3, 2016.
