WHEELING, W.Va., Aug. 21 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia, Betsy Steinfeld Jividen, issued the following news release:
A contractor for Division of Highways and former Division of Highways employee were sentenced today their roles in a pay-to-play scheme, Acting United States Attorney Betsy Steinfeld Jividen announced.
