MADISON, Wis., Aug. 18 -- Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel issued the following news release:
Today, Attorney General Schimel led a bipartisan coalition of 24 states in filing an amicus curiae brief in Artis v. District of Columbia.
In the brief filed in the Supreme Court of the United States, Attorney General Schimel argues that Wisconsin businesses and individuals, who have successfully defended a case in federal court, should not be subject to unfairly targete . . .
