RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 18 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release:

Attorney General Josh Stein today announced that North Carolina will settle allegations against Mylan Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mylan Specialty L.P. (collectively "Mylan").
