JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., July 19 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news:
"On Top of Old Smoky: New Old Time Smoky Mountain Music," an album produced by Dr. Ted Olson of East Tennessee State University's Department of Appalachian Studies in cooperation with the Great Smoky Mountains Association (GSMA), was recently recognized by the Tennessee State Senate for several honors it received in the past year.
