QUEENS, N.Y., May 22 -- Rep. Joseph Crowley, D-N.Y., House Democratic Caucus chairman, issued the following statement after the Trump administration requested a 90-day delay for an ongoing lawsuit to block the cost-sharing reduction payments included in the Affordable Care Act. This delay allows the administration to continue threats to end the required payments, bringing additional uncertainty to insurers that need to calculate rates for next year.
