WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Conn., issued the following statement regarding the Trump administration's decision to ask a federal court for another 90-day delay in the lawsuit over the Affordable Care Act's cost sharing payments:
"The Trump Administration is deliberately undermining the Affordable Care Act and creating extreme instability in the insurance markets. With its latest decision to ask for a 90-day delay in the lawsuit over the cost sharing payments . . .
