WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, issued the following speech, which was published in the Congressional Record on April 26, commemorating World War I:
Mr. Speaker, 100 years ago today, the House of Representatives voted in support of the United States' entrance into World War I. The Great War was considered to be the war to end all wars.
