EEOC and Flying Star Transport Settle ADA Claims for $65,000

AMARILLO, Texas, April 26 -- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued the following news release:

An Amarillo, Texas-based fuel transport company has agreed to pay $65,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
