AUSTIN, Texas, April 21 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:
Once again, a federal court has ruled that Texas Republicans intentionally discriminated against Texas' diverse new majority, drawing state legislative districts in 2011 to limit the voice of communities of color in their government.
