HARTFORD, Conn., March 24 -- The Northeast Charter Schools Network issued the following news release:
Parents, students, educators and school leaders from Booker T. Washington Academy (BTWA), a public charter school in New Haven, will come together on Tuesday, March 28 to demand fairness from Governor Dannel Malloy, as well as the heads of the Appropriations Committee, as the proposed budget would prevent the school from growing past the 3rd grade.
