Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that an analysis by the New York State Department of Health shows that 34 nursing homes in the 27th Congressional District would lose $35.7 million in funding if the Ryan/Collins/Faso healthcare repeal is passed, crippling their ability to provide critical services for seniors, hurting New York's most vulnerable citizens and jeopardizing hundreds of jobs . . .
