Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that an analysis by the New York State Department of Health shows that 11 nursing homes in the 2nd Congressional District would lose $26.4 million in funding if the Ryan/Collins/Faso healthcare repeal is passed, crippling their ability to provide critical services for seniors, hurting New York's most vulnerable citizens and jeopardizing hundreds of jobs . . .
