WASHINGTON, March 23 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Mignon Clyburn on reporting requirements for U.S. Providers of International Services:
"As regulators, I believe it is important to regularly assess whether our current reporting requirements are still in the public interest.
