WASHINGTON, March 22 -- The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools issued the following statement by President and CEO Nina Rees in response to the Supreme Court's unanimous affirmation of the educational rights of students with special needs, applauding the Court's ruling in Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District:
