BISMARCK, N.D., March 20 -- Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense, a campaign of Everytown for Gun Safety, issued the following news release:

The North Dakota chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, part of Everytown for Gun Safety, today thanked the state's elected officials for enacting SB 2309, a bill that will protect domestic violence survivors and all North Dakotans by requiring domestic violence restraining order records to be submitted to the federal background . . .
