WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- The office of Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., issued the following statement on President Trump's rescission of guidelines that protect transgender students:
"All Americans deserve to be granted equal protections and rights under the law - and this is especially true for our young children and students.
