BISMARCK, N.D., Feb. 23 -- The State Historical Society of North Dakota issued the following news release:
The Annual Arthur A. Link Fiddle Festival will take place at the Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site on Saturday, March 4, and will include a concert at the North Dakota Heritage Center on Sunday, March 5. The Festival is free and open to the public.
Area string students will perform at the Former Governors' Mansion, located at 320 E. Ave. B., Bismarc . . .
