ACA: FCC Took Positive Step on CAF Weighting Methodology

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 23 -- The American Cable Association issued the following statement by President and CEO Matthew M. Polka regarding the Federal Communications Commission's vote to adopt a Connect America Fund weighting methodology that tracked with American Cable Association's recommendations:
